Could hyperthyroidism cause positive ANA, SSB and SSA?

My ANA test report shows that I have 1:320 ANA with speckled pattern, positive SSA and SSB. The rest is normal. My results of rheumatoid factors and Immunoglobulin test are completely normal as well. I have hyperthyroidism conditions triggered by Hashimoto, which is diagnosed by the ultrasound.  I have mild wrist pain. But I'm not photo-sensitive,and I don't have dryness in mouth and eyes. So the doctor who I am seeing thinks the positive ANA, SSA and SSB may be caused by Hashimoto, which remains untreated for a long time. So she suggests re-taking the ANA test in three months and didn't give me any medicine. But my friend in China, who also has hyperthyroidism with positive ANA and SSA and does not exhibit symptoms, is given Hydroxychloroquine to prevent the progression of any potential connective tissue disorders.
I read many cases online and it seems Hashimoto does result in positive ANA but does not explain the elevated SSA and SSB. I'm worried if I have the connective tissue disorder at the early stage without manifesting symptoms.

"We recently observed that the majority of patients with primary SS had autoantibodies many years before they experienced the first symptoms of Sjögren's syndrome. 10"

"ANAs, RF, and antibodies against Ro 60/SSA and Ro 52/SSA were detected in samples obtained as early as 19–20 years (median 4.3–5.1 years) before diagnosis, whereas antibodies against La/SSB were detected as early as 16 years (median 3.5 years) before diagnosis."

"Although the majority of people with Hashimoto's will not develop any other disorders, it's important to know what some of these autoimmune conditions are in case you do start to experience symptoms. Keep in mind, too, that you may be more likely to develop Hashimoto's if you have one of these other conditions.
