Do I have an immune disorder?

I went to the doctor recently because of some issues I've been having (explained at the bottom) and she is sending me to a gastroenterologist next month. She felt my stomach and says it seems okay but after I told her my history, says maybe I have an immune disorder. She is having me do a celiac panel test next week.

Family Medical History:
Heart issues, mom died from 2nd heart attack / father has had open heart surgery and multiple stents.
Sister recently diagnosed with Celiac disease

My medical history (as best as I can explain )
Constipation issues when I was younger.
I've had shingles 3 times. The first was when I was just ten years old. I have nasal polyps. I have HSV (herpes simplex virus). When I was a child I was on medication to gain weight and make me want to eat because I apparently wouldn't. I was about 6-8 years old. (Not sure what medication or what they called the issue exactly)
I have generalized anxiety disorder and mild depression. Currently on zoloft 100 MG (been on it for 3 months), switching over to Effexor.

Here are the issues I have or what I consider to be issues. I may have other problems that I don't even realize are issues, so if there is anything related I should be having, let me know because maybe I am!

I'm always sick. Always. A lot of dizziness and shortness of breath (always told anxiety related) and when I go to the ER I'm always fine according to EKG. Sick as in.... Whether it's a cold or nausea or headaches. I never feel good. I either sleep too much or not enough. When I eat, whether I'm hungry or eating too much / not enough I'm sick afterwards. As in, bloating, stomach aches, nausea, etc.

More recently:
I have had diarrhea for about two months now. It comes and goes. Sometimes really watery, other times just a little oily. This is so embarrassing but I have used the bathroom on myself about 3 times in the past couple months. I'm always nauseous, so I live on tums. I itch. Everywhere! CONSTANTLY! Mostly my hands, neck, chest, and legs. But everywhere else too basically. However, an allergy pill will stop it for a few hours. The itching has been going on for a couple months as well.

Am I crazy? Am I just overreacting? Are these just a bunch of non related problems?
No, I am not the healthiest. But I'm a normal 22 year old, not overweight and not doing anything new or different.

Tums are only a temporary solution!
You can get constipation or diarrhea if overused!
Is it possible you have developed a psychological dependency?
One thing which comes to mind as a constitutional
effect is calcium dominance over magnesium.
A recommended calcium to magnesium ratio is around 2:1,however, with so many sources of calcium, magnesium is usually  much lower in most people, for healthy bodily functions.
Your immune system is obviously weak.
One of the 1st things I would check is intestinal permeability, which on its own is enough to lead to ALL
of health issues you have been experiencing, even  since childhood!
"Intestinal permeability is a term describing the control of material passing from inside the gastrointestinal tract through the cells lining the gut wall, into the rest of the body" --Wikipedia-
AKA Leaky Gut Syndrome and causing havoc in any bodily system organ.
Nutritional & vitamin deficiencies, malabsorption leading to a myriad of health problems including neurotransmitter imbalances, hormonal deficiencies, allergic reactions, are some of the possible consequences.
Related things to rule out are Candida, parasitic/viral/bacterial infections, detoxification issues,SIBO,Wheat/gluten/dairy or other food sensitivity,
low detoxification, low methylation, low thyroid function,
stressed adrenals.
Unfortunately, the conventional medical protocols do not allow to properly diagnose and treat cases like yours.
Tens of thousands of patients are left in limbo every year, after doing the medical merry-go-round.
You're not crazy and do not let any doctor tell you this!
I suggest you look into finding a reputable Functional Medicine Practitioner to help you with your issues.
You are very young and have your entire life ahead of you, but you need to make the right decisions and not leave it to chance.
Best wishes,
Niko
