Doees this sound like Reiters Syndrome after Chlamydia infection? If not ideas please?

Are there tests for Reiters?

Intial symptoms were sore throat and rash (see photos in my profile)
|I've had a bit of lymph node pain (all over body) for a couple of months. Areas around leg, arm, armpit and chest lymph nodes seemed to radiate heat in the evenings. Had no heating in the house at time. Had episodes of unusual muscle aches (no apparent stimulus) and joint aches (my foot (distal end) froze up severely one night, similar with hand.  Various Docs and tests ruled out HIV (I did have  risk in early December tested repeatedly neg to 101 days, so past window period). (Yet to rule out CFS which I read came with lymph pain.
Had a burning chest upper back and neck for a couple of weeks on waking

I had a break from symptoms for a few days second week in January  then started having headaches and photophobia afternoons until night for a couple of weeks and increased eye floaters. Then pins and needles in foot progressing to both arms and legs.

Some ongoing pins and needles in arms and legs still (not idiopathic, happens all the time, standing, sitting  lying down, )
Ongoing pain at back of knees.
Also on spine I get 'hot spots' around T9-T12. I can feel they are bright ultraviolet to purple.(No I'm not hallucinating when I feel the bit of my spine hot I see purple /  violet - very odd.
If I run my thumb down my spine there is a dimple there which I can't recall being there before. Maybe the 'dimple' is normal
On no medications at time of symptoms except supplements (not overdosed on them)
I've been up and about during all this and working.
Quite a many grey hairs have sprouted (parents weren't grey and 15 years older than I am just now), I am mentally fatigued from HIV concerns, not sure if I'm bodily fatigued. Haven't been sleeping well though

I'd food poisoning early December Some made a risotto and put mussels and shellfish in it which I never eat and we all had diarrhea.
I also had a bacterial infection ( Chlamydia) probably infected 4 Dec. Treated Erythromycin 3 Jan for 1 week then Azithromycin 1 gram on 10 Jan. Still got Tinnitus from the Antibiotics (the -mycins are Ototoxic) but that will go away.
I lost a lot of weight between  25 Dec when symptoms started to mid January. Around mid January I had pain at the back of my heels and my knee pain was worst then. The weight loss was most pronounced on my chest, at my ankles, wrists, above my knee joint (knees looked knobbly)

When I phoned the NHS helpline late January/Feb about pins and needles/floaters they told me to go to a Doctor rihgt away. Typically (like having a particularly good hair day the day I go for a haircut) my nodes weren't sore and he said I probably had Post Viral Fatigue.

The lsat week I have been having chest pains LHS.
The most consistent symptom has been Parotid pain (I am a smoker).

My own GP is puzzled and didn't even look at the symptom chart.
Perhaps Reiters?
Mother has history of Rheumatoid Arthritis, I've had joint pains in winter before , nowhere near as bad and nothing similar to this (I tested -ve for Rheumatoid factor 10 years ago).
No MS in immediate family, a distant cousin has it.

Dude, I feel ya. You're case sounds JUST like mine - lymph node pain EVERYWHERE, only I also have night sweats occasionally and some major skin changes. I tested negative for HIV out to 8 months and 17 days with Labcorps ICMA... And still to this day I worry that it could be what is causing my problems, but everyone says the tests don't lie.
I've seen a rheumatologist and he says it has nothing to do with my symptoms. Keep me updated if you find something out!

Reiters is also known as Reactive Arthritis, if you havent already been tested for it ask your doc's to test you to see if you have the HLA B27 gene.   I have had ReA for 4 years, brought on by a UTI and I have the gene.  ReA is a lot like RA, feet, knees, hands swollen like watermelons!  Severe back pain as well.   I started injecting Enbrel 4 weeks ago.   Your symptoms don't sound like Reiters as that also effects the eyes.   Do have them test you for the HLA gene however, can't hurt.   I wish the both of you all the best and hope you get some answers and relief soon.

why don't you all do the biopsy of lymph nodes ?  i have similar symptoms. 31 yo male. 250 lbs bodyweight and enlarged lymph nodes on my groin. i feel pins and needles, behind knee some miseries too ankle in pain when wake up ... long story. had 3 nodes removed fr4om groin and now waiting for results of biopsy.

My lymph nodes seem to all be down now.
Apart from the Chlamydia I've tested negative for all the STIs Gon 14 weeks, Hep B 14 wks, Syph 14 wks, HIV 22 wks, Hep C 28 weeks

The last three months the front of my eyes have been burning, and occasional conjusctivitis. One of the conjustoivitis episodes I can definitly link with the burning as the burning woke me up then my eye was well bloodshot.

As I've had raging thirts, pain behind my knees (3m+), neuropathy in my feet (3m+), uraemia (trace) a few weeks and current UTI, recurrent (mainly peripheral) fungal rashes (even before the risk), varying blood pressure I'm more inclined to guess at Diabetes. I've the risk factors: smoking, drinking, few extra kilos.
I have avoided sugar and simple carbs the last month or so and the eye burning has receded. I bought a bottle of sugary drink instead of sugar free a couple of weeks ago by mistake and the burning started again and my UTI got worse.

However the pain in my back from February is still there and recurrent peripheral joint pain.
Getting weird neurological symptoms last two weeks as well, seizures at night.

The last Doctor (GUM) said I should have blood tests for liver, kidneys and endocrine.

GP appointment tomorrow to might move forward o a DX either way.
I've written out a summary for him or I'll forget otherwise.
