Elevated ANA level in a 15 year old female

My daugher has been having muscle twitching and blisters in her throat (with no other sx such as fever) on and off over the past 2 years.  Her ANA level when checked two years ago was 340.  I took her to a pediatric neurologist and a rheumatologist.  The rheumatologist (who happened to write a book on Vitamin D deficiency) felt she was Vitamin D deficient.  The neurologist ruled out seizure actvity related to the muscle twitching.  In other words, we left with no answers.  I am very concerned that she may have something more serious going on that has gone undiagnosed.  The blisters in her throat have returned, which prompted me to reach out for help again.  I don't know if this is related, but she had reflux nephropathy at birth and some fluid on one of her kidneys.  The fluid dissipated shortly after birth and the reflux resolved itself when she was about 7.  Until that point she took antibiotics to prevent infection.  Please let me know if you have any further suggestions for another type of specialist we should see.  Thank you.

Did the dr. put her on vit D?  Another things that I think might be contributing to the muscle twitches is a magnesium deficiency.  It wouldn't hurt to add 1200 mg of calcium and 600 mg of magnesium.

She definitely doesn't have symptoms that would match a serious autoimmune disease.  And there are many thngs that could cause the ANA to be elevated.  It could mean nothing and it could mean she might be prone to later develop something like lupus.  But honestly, I wouldn't stress over these things.  I remember having ulcers in my mouth as a teen and connected it to too many cokes and acidic food.  Maybe you could try encouraging her to eat healthier.
