Elevated Sed Rate/Platelets

I am a 35 year old female.  It started with occasional facial numbness and wrist pain(had MRI Brain-negative).  My pain moved to multiple joints. I developed a cough and fever about 3 weeks ago.  Had CT of Chest which showed multiple tiny nodules and fibrotic linear densities in my lung bases. I am still running an occasional low grade fever.  My bloodwork showed an elevated Platelet Count of 421, a low MPV 6.5 and my Sed Rate was elevated at 27.  My ANA and RA Factor were negative.  Could this still be RA?

Could this be sarcoidosis?
