Face Pain

I have just been diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome.  I had been ill for a number of months with chronic sinusitis and bronchitis.  I had sinus surgery done and continued to have infections.  Finally I got perotitis and my ENT referred me to a Rheumatologist.  My blood work came out normal, although, the Rheumatologist felt I had enough symptoms that I should be treated.  My symptoms include fatigue, dry eyes, dry mouth mouth, anxiety, Reynaud's, muscle pain and joint pain.  What has confused me is that the Rheumatologist thinks my muscle and joint pain might be from Fibromyalgia.  I have read that this is a symptom of Sjogren's.  Could the muscle and joint pain be related to the Sjogren's?  Also, I have an unusual symptom of facial pain and headaches.  It feels like my muscles near my shoulder blades up to the occipital area are tender and cause me to have headaches.  I also have an aching in my face that feels like a deep pain at times.  It hurts so much that I have discomfort when I blink.  It tends to be more prominent on the right side.  The muscle discomfort is exacerbated by physical activity.  When I exercise I have discomfort for several days in a row.  It tends to be worse first thing in the morning or when I have long periods of inactivity.  Can you please tell me if this is related to the Sjogren's?  I am so confused and I wonder if I need a second opinion.
