MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear that you have been going through so much. Basically you have a granulomatous disease. So all causes that result in formation of granulomas need to be ruled out. These include histoplasmosis (what you were diagnosed with first), tuberculosis, leprosy, schistosomiasis, cryptococcosis, cat-scratch disease, sarcoidosis, crohn's disease, Pneumocystis pneumonia, aspiration pneumonia, rheumatoid arthritis, and granuloma annulare.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please discuss with your treating doctor. Take care!
