I am sorry to hear that you have been going through so much. Basically you have a granulomatous disease. So all causes that result in formation of granulomas need to be ruled out. These include histoplasmosis (what you were diagnosed with first), tuberculosis, leprosy, schistosomiasis, cryptococcosis, cat-scratch disease, sarcoidosis, crohn's disease, Pneumocystis pneumonia, aspiration pneumonia, rheumatoid arthritis, and granuloma annulare.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please discuss with your treating doctor. Take care!
Yes looks like I failed to mention the WG/MPA is what has been settlrd on and just had my first cytoxan treatment now in Trachea, abdomin,my left Bronchus is full of secretion etc but thanks for the response and will keep in touch for more info.
