HELP PLZ!

I have several conditions/symptoms that are making my life horrible. My doc has been no help. I have psoriasis, alopecia areata, aczema, arthritis, fatigue and severe head aches that wrap around the back of my head. Now my md say's im depressed. Im 34 years old! I dont mind the skin and hair loss problems I just want 2 feel well and like me again! During my last visit to the doc I was diagnosed with the alopecia areata and the doc blamed it on stess specifially my job. What the h@ll is wrong with me?

If this Dr. does not specialize in skin diseases and conditions, I would find one that does. If it is your PCP diagnosing you, that is part of the problem. Skin diseases are not my area, but I do know that arthritis at your age is not normal unless you have been very rough on your body. I would suggest the a Dr. (not the one you are currently seeing) check your vitamin D levels as well as B12 and thyroid. The Alopecia Areata can begin after a major life stressor. It can also be genetic.I would try different OTC drugs for your headaches and keep a journal that includes food, stress levels and activity when your headaches start. See if you can find a pattern. If you have any neck pain or shoulder pain, that could be the problem. I would see a Dr. to find the cause and a journal will help with that. Good luck.
