Help - What is wrong with me

I am a 32 year old female who has been healthy up until June 2009.  I have had every test under the sun and I have only been told that it is probably anxiety.  I don't feel anxious. My first symptom was facial numbness on the right side.  MRI of the brain came back normal.  Numbness and tingling has spread to arms and legs on both sides of the body.  I have loose bowel movements every morning and at times feel nausea in the morning as well, although the nausea is not an every day thing.  This past month I have daily headaches on the right side primarily on the right lower side.  My right eye feels annoying like I need to open it with my fingers although visibly there is no difference.  I am currently being treated for a sinus infection due to seasonal allergies which has caused some additional pressure in the face.  My left forearm up from the wrist feels inflamed.  It looks like it has a splotchy red rash in the area that is inflamed and constantly tingles or is painful.  My right shin also has these same symptoms.  I have intermittent joint and muscle pain that comes and goes.  It looks like the muscle between my chest is bruised (slightly) or there is a mild rash.  My upper chest and neck are red and at times look sunburned.  I just want to feel normal again as I have two small children and a full time job.  Lyme test, ANA, SED, Vitamin B, CBC, came back normal.  An EMG of the left arm came back normal.  Chest CT normal.  I am currently taking Vitamin D and my levels are normal at this time.   MRI of C-spine showed disc issues at C5 & 6 however disc is not touching spine.  My neurologist said it could be fibromyalgia.  I have no tolerance for lexapro or cymbalta as they both make me physically ill to the point of not functioning.  I don't feel depressed.  I just need my body back.  Please help.  Thanks.

Wanted to tell you I have had a lot of similar symptoms and keep coming back to Lyme , even though I have had 2 Lyme titer tests come back normal, I am now trying to pursued the Doctor to draw my blood and send it to ingenex who do specific testing for co Infections.of Lyme, Now I do know that there are othe illness's out there with very similar symptoms to Lyme .Doing my own hap hazard research I have discovered that low white cell count is also part of the co infection, I have a very low count they were concerned about, but still they arent convinced regarding Lyme ,in fact I would say they had no knowledge at all about it. Good Luck hope you get some answers soon. The upper chest and neck rash  drives me daft' I get hives around that site all the time ...
