Help Me

I am a 23 year old female.
I have been feeling dizzy (vertigo when laying in certain positions), lightheaded, been getting tunnel vision several times a day as well as seeing white spots just before the tunnel vision. I've been nauseous and have felt like I absolutely would get sick but have yet to, as well as diaherria. I've also been weak and extremely tired. I have no known conditions and the only medication I am on is the Nuvaring. The only other medical fact I can think of is that I gave blood a week ago, though I know that shouldn't do anything.

Well, though it may sound strange, one possibility is pregnancy. So, if you have missed your periods, please take a pregnancy test and see. The other possibility is an ear infection and labrynthitis. Other possibility is head injury or a mini stroke. Very high or very low blood pressure too could be a cause. Since a confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net, please get this investigated immediately. Take care!
