Help my thyroid hates me!!

My name is Lindsy! I have been losing weight over the past 3 months 25lbs to be exact. My thyroid measure in at 35cm. My TSH levels 0.0006, my t3 and t4 normal. My thyroidglobulin antibody 12.2 (0.0-4.0), my thyroid peroxidase antibody 8719 (0-59). My thyroid uptake scan 79%. I have daily headaches, can sleep ever but exhausted, my resting hr 80's but any movement like walking to kitchen makes my heart race 120's and i get really short of breath. occasional rash. Does anyone know what this means!!! Help!!!
