Help with bloods.

ANA of 160, TPO of 66, ALT of 45, I have celiac disease. Doctor said I am suseptable to Lupus...but wont do anything else. Also have lactose intolerance, fructose malabsorption and Small bowel bacterial overgrowth. Hives, shingles, no menstrual cycle for 3 months. Lethargy, low body temperature, low blood pressure. Small cysts on liver.

I had my Free T$ and Free T3 levels done.
What do you think.

Ok so the thyroid function test. Have never had Free T4 and Free T3 before. am positive for Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies.

TSH- 1.6 (0.5-4.0)
Free T4 15 (10-25)
Free T3 5.1 (3.1-5.4)

Thank you. That was my thinking as well. Will see someone after the 16th when I can get an appt. Would the RF also be elevated with hashimotos.

Hi!
If ANA and TPO is high, then Hashimotos thyroidis should be ruled out and you should undergo a complete thyroid profile to even rule out hypothyroidism as you are not having your periods.  ALT can also rise in thyroid disorders. Hence instead of lupus, the focus should be on thyroid disorder. You need to consult an endocrine specialist.
