Hi, please answer my question. I'm frustrated,

Hello there! I hope someone can take the time to have a look at my post. I would be so grateful.

Firstly, I have a history of low platelets (itp) which comes every few years and goes again. It's auto immune but this isn't my foremost problem. So bear with me, I will explain.....

Two years ago, I got ill while on the subway, just felt dizzy, lightheaded and spaced out. I went to the doctor and he said I was fine, however my off balance continued as well as mental foggiest, fast heart rate. I got all the tests, m.r.i, adrenal checks, heart checks...I was fine.

Yet, I was still fatigued, finding it hard to work and it was frustrating. Eventually eight months later the only thing they could find was my platelets slightly low, which resolved after a week. Then my vitamin d level went down to 10. I thought..yay...I have an answer. I took them religiously because maybe they would help. They did I was bumped up to 51.

Yet I was still lightheaded. I paid privately to a doctor and he told me my bp was dropping when I stood up, a little like postural hypotension. I was happy at least for an answer, he put me on florinef. They worked briefly but after a while I felt like I'd just been running on adrenaline. So I came off them. They also thought it was my balance system. This sounded more likely.

I frustratedly marched to the doctors, asking to test me for everything.....well not really marched but you know what I mean. My family has loads of autoimmune diseases so all that needed to be looked at.

Results:

Well, everything was fine the doc told me except for my ig level. Which was abnormal. Everything else was fine. But I noticed my b vitamins were on the low side. Here is what I found.

IgE :          1538.  range: (0.0-100)
Vit B12:     252    Range(150- 1000)
Serum folate 4.1. Range (3.5- 20)
Ferretin: 31.         (5-204)
Tsh:    1.54.          (0.7-4.2)

So, I have had really odd symptoms over the past year and somewhat unrelated to eAch other. This was the first time I've had the some of above tested so I have nothing to compare to.  Would these have anything to do with why I feel fatigued. Should I take a vitamin b tablet.

Here are all my main symptoms

Fatigue
Slight dizziness(not true vertigo)
Heart palpitations at times
Breathless
Pain around ribcage or tightness
Changes in Bowel movement
Brain fog
Cognitive impairment
Bloated stomach sometimes
Heartburn at times
Pressure in head / eyes( eye test normal)
Depression
Anxiety(for no reason)

Also, I moved home to deal with my problems. My dad died suddenly in the middle of it so all the doctors say is im not dealing with it, I end up annoyed. Please please give me your valued opinion. It would be helpful.
My main queries are about the vitamins, are they too low? Are all my funny symptoms related!

Thank you, I an going to start to vit b 12 and see if it makes a difference. Unfortunate doctors here really are not proactive and I end up having to push them. I'm thinking of changing doctors because I can't be expected to live with a very stiff sore back, fatigue dizziness for ever. It's frustrating.

I'm also going to look in to that low acid, my stomach bloats and I thinks it's coming from there. I have so many symptoms that the doctor just thinks I'm plain crazy. I was never a stressed person but being under this pressure to figure out what's wrong has gotten to me.

Thank you for taking your time out to reply

Hiu Cohenash.

You should look into the following:

B12  deficiency.   In Japan and most of Europe, the lower limit for B12 is between 500-550 pg/mL,

Low Thyroid function. TSH, T3 &T4 are indicative of only SERUM levels.
You need Free T3, Free T4 & Reverse T3, or do Dr Barnes Temperature
Test for CELLULAR thyroid function. Just do an online search.

Low ferritin levels (iron storage)

Subclinical folate levels.

Undealt chronic stress/grief which may cause low adrenal function.
Need saliva cortisol testing (adrenal profile testing) to verify or to rule out
as it also affects thyroid function (secondary low thyroid function) and many other things.

Low tissue magnesium (not serum).

High  IgE . Look into possible parasitic infection. Low gastric acid may be underlying. Self test with Betaine HCL challenge or baking soda burp test.

Please look up these online and I hope you find some answers, however, my suggestions and comments are not intended to replace medical advice.

Let me know if you need any details, but please keep us posted regardless.

Best wishes.
