I need help solving health problems

I would like to communicate with a health professional who actually knows things about:
Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Sleep Apnea, Celiac Desease, Gluten Sensitivity, Gluten Intolerance, Oral Lichen Planus, Genital Lichen Planus,  Lichen Planus symptoms appear in fingernails and white spots on the skin. What is the likelihood of having all 3 Types? How to treat? ... Autoimmune disorders such as I've mentioned... Please help

Hello,
First of all you have asked about three conditions:
Fibro, Sleep apnea ad chronic fatigue all go in one catergory. You might have one of the three and have symptoms of the other two, the sleep apnea has testing that can be pretty definative, so it would be wise to start with it. They all can manifest similar and one Doctor thinks it is one ilness when another feels it is something else.

Celiac, and the two Gluten conditions mentioned are synptoms of Celiac Disease and a small intestine biopsy can determine Celiac Disease and is accurate. The only time it is not is if you are on Steriods. But you do not mention this.

Lastly Lichen Planus can be Dx'd and once again the three all fall under one disease but it is where one is affected.

Your treatment would bedetermined by the test results and they would do more than test for those three diseases, blood work and this would be a start. I would be surprised if they have given you these DX's without testing prior. This would answer your questions as the testing would determine exactly what is going on. I suggest gettin your Vitamin D levels checked, a complete CBC w/differ, EBarr, ANCA, ANA, RA, PT, complete electrolyte panel, and your IgG, IgM, IgA testing to start with for blood work. Also, the standard thyriod, liver, kidney, glucose, the standard blood work and a UA. (not just a dip for checking for an infection but a complete UA work-up.

These things are where one begins and if it has been more than 6 months since any of it has been checked I would asked for it to be done.

Good luck and I hope you find your answers. One can have more than one disease but generally there is one main one that triggers secondary conditions.
I assume this has not yet been determined.
One has to ask for this at times as insurance is cutting back and unless we push we stay sick. (sadly)
It is always the Doctor but the insurance companies cutting back on what can be done. I would be assertive as untreated one can end up worse.
I wish you the very best.
