I'm concerned I have lupus in addition to or instead of fibromyalgia

I'm concerned I may have lupus in addition to or instead of fibromyalgia and the rheumatologist I saw is just blowing me off.  I recently went to my pcp and he ran some basic blood tests.  My rheumatoid factor and my sed rate were elevated, so he sent me to a rheumatologist.  The rheumatologist took 17 vials of blood so they could check for everything.  Their test results said that I have an elevated rheumatoid factor, elevated sed rate, positive ANA test, low vitamin D, and am slightly anemic.  I also have headaches, joint pain, fatigue, chest pain, get sick when I go in the sun (like I have the flu), and my calves, ankles, feet and hands swell.  Despite all this, the rheumatologist told me that my lupus test was negative and that I don't have *any* type of auto-immune disease; that I only have fibromyalgia. Has this happened to anyone else? Please understand that I don't want to have lupus or anything else, for that matter.  I just know something is going on and I don't know what to do next.

Hi:

I just had a Anti Nuclear IFA test and my number is 160 with a speckle pattern.  I also had a Anti-DNA Native Doublestranded test and that number is <10  I have no idea what that means.  Is this a test for Lupus?  Thank you for your time.
