Immune, Neuro... or both? Frustrated...Please help!!

Hello there,
I'm 50, female and am experiencing odd multi-symptoms.  I'll try to outline a history, below, as not to be too lengthy.  I'm afraid, though, it's not going to be possible, and I truly apologize.

Ok... here's my saga --
Lifelong: Cluster/Migraine headaches 2-4 times a year.  Fullness in legs with periodic tingling and numbness.  Few episodes of slight paralysis and muscle cramps in legs during sleep (started as an adolescent).  Severe cervical whiplash as young adult.

1 year ago:  Enlarged lymph glands on left side under arm followed by enlarged glands at crease of elbow, back of neck.  Under arm gland grew larger.  Tightness, stiffness, slight throbbing at arm crease.  Neck glands intermittently painful.

Last 5 mos:  Entire upper left side inflamed, face, shoulder, chest, breast, arm (noticeably larger than right side).  Painful periodic soft lumps appear just under the skin (not simultaneously) on upper left side; left arm crease, above breast, collar bone, shoulder.  Couple episodes with a few mingled together on my right shin.  After the lumps go down, they leave traces as uneven skin texture and usually recur at some point.  The site and surrounding skin is extremely painful (hypersensitive) to a slightest touch.  Periodic swollen right groin lymph and slight inflamed right leg.  Pressure and throbbing pain in entire right leg, including hip.  Range of motion is good at all joints except left side of neck.

Constant burning, tingling, prickly and numbing sensations of both hands and face (as if sunburn).  Periodic and ....extreme, shooting, throbbing and vibration (as if electrical shock) which migrates throughout entire body.  Sometimes mirrored opposite side of body.  Have had intermittent paralysis in entire left arm during sleep. Hands and fingers turn pale and turn grayish blue at times.  When face redness magnified, deeper red patch across bridge of nose and cheeks.  Skin is red and noticeably mottled over entire body.  Periodic smaller patches of deeper redness at elbows, hands, knees, breasts, upper abdomen.  Recently, experienced two episodes of reflex incontinence and have noticed hair loss.  Symptoms keep coming and same ones are continuing on. and getting more severe and frequent.  Hot baths do lessen some of the pain.

Lab Tests:   aCL,RA, LAC, Protein Assays, IG Immuglobin, CBC, Thryroid, Lyme, Cat Scratch Fever, Vitamin K, Factor VIII.  (All negative except 1st aCL and RA, repeated aCL after 6 wks and showed negative)
Diagnostic Tests:  Breast Mammo & Sonogram, Sonogram upper left arm, Cardio, Venous Doppler/Artery Doppler, Lung Xray, CT of  lung and throat. (All negative). Recent removal of 2 Left Axillary Lymph nodes (negative for malignancy).

I find that some Docs consider us souls with a host of unusual symptoms take up too much of their time and seem to not want to be bothered.  Sure wish they didn't.  I'm not one to run to see a Dr at the slightest don't feel good day.  Prior to this illness, I would see my GP approx once or twice a year for allergies.  Otherwise, have been a happy, healthy person.... until now!   Have very high pain tolerance... but this is too much!

If a Doctor, or anyone reading this has experienced similar havoc, please give me a shout.
Thank you.... ever so, kindly, for listening.   Kim
