Is it possible to have lupus with all negative blood tests?

I am 18. For the past 2 months I have been experiencing lots of excruitiating pain that is really becoming unbearable. Firstly, when I went to the hospital I had lots of chest pains. They gave me medication which made the pain even worst.
I went back exactly a week after and there was still no relief of pain.
At this particular point in time I was suffering with lots of back pains, I wasn't able to breathe properly and I ached all over my upper body.
I was then referred to an autoimmune specialist who did some tests and found out that my ana and antidna tests were ++.
Now there are added symptoms:
1. My ana and antidna tests are ++
2. My ankles and joints are swollen
3. I have a photosensitive rash everytime I go in the sun
4. My hair is very brittle and I have hair loss as well
5. My elbows hurt very much and my knees
6. A lot of pain in the morning but mostly at nights
7. Problems breathing

However they did a test for the lupus disease in my body and my test value was 1.12 whilst the range for normal was 1.2 and all the other tests they did were negative.
Does anyone think this could still be lupus?
