Kidney and Bladder pain with Internal Tremors

In Feburary of this year I was diagnosed at Vanderbilt in Nashville TN with Adrenal Insufficiency and a spot on my pituitary gland.  I was very ill with this last summer with no treatment due to ignorant doctors not diagnosing me right.  I am lucky to be alive as both my husband and I thought I was dying. I had two ER visits with extremely high blood pressure and stroke symptoms.  I also had Orthostatic Hypotension problems.  However...I also have been having kidney problems since Feburary  that do not show anything on CAT Scan.  It feels like I have a horrible bladder infection and gets so painful I cannot sleep at night due to the pain in my kidneys...especially the right one. I have to urinate several times in the night.   I also am having horrible internal tremors that actually awaken me at night. These tremors kind of scare me and feel like they are in my heart or stomach.  I have an appointment with a kidney specialist (I had to fight with my family doctor to even get this appt as he thinks I am nuts!) but not until August.   I feel awful and am trying my best to keep on trucking but the pain is really wearing me out.  My blood pressure will not stay stable either. At first they thought I had kidney stones but the CAT Scan ruled that out I guess.  I was flabbergasted that it came back negative.  Anyone out there ever have something like this?  I also have Fibromyalgia...could it be connected?
