Low albumin/globulin ratio

All, I'm posting under this topic because I'm not completely sure what this falls under. A blood test I recently had showed low albumin and high globulin levels (I think it was 25 albumin, 45 globulin). I've been told to get tested further as these levels could be "tumour markers." Is this really abnormal? Should I be worried? Other than being really tired, I haven't really had any of the symptoms I've seen for these protein levels.
