Lupus Diagnosis?

I was recently diagnosed with lupus. I have a range of symptoms.
High ANA - ranging from 1:320 - 1:640 with both speckled and homogenous pattern.
Fevers - between 99.0-101.0
Difficulty breathing sometimes
Headaches
Chronic pain: back pain, nerve pain, joint pain in wrists and knees, horrible muscle pain.
Photosensitivity, horrible huge hives break out from any sun exposure over 15min.
Weight loss.
Hair loss.
Backne
Skin is overly sensitive
Ears feel plugged consistently
Sweating in excess
Extreme Fatigue
Eyes are sensitive to light
Swollen lymph nodes, swollen glands
Muscle spazzing
Insomnia
Anxiety
Loss of appetite
Etc.

I started taking plaquinel a few months ago, and am still flaring up every few weeks. Does this sound like Lupus?
I also think i may have hsv2, since my exboyfriend tested positive for it recently, can this cause my ANA to be so high? Or can Lupus make it worse?
