Lupus and PVCs?

My wife has been Dx'ed with Lupus for a while now.  She initially did chemo and steroids to get everything under control, and while she is usually fine, she does deal with a lot of fatigue.

She started having noticeable cardiac issues (flutters, racing, chest pain) over the summer, which eventually resulted in a Holter monitor.  She had her f/u with her cardiologist yesterday and was diagnosed with PVCs.  She was put on Metoprolol, and told to go to the ED if she had an episode that lasted more than 30 seconds.

There isn't much material easily accessible about the correlation, and the effect on her overall prognosis.
She found an article that lumped A-fib, V-fib, PVCs all together, and then gave a 33-month prognosis of 50%, without explaining the factors related to that.

She is freaking out, and I want to freak out, but have to keep it together for work, the 12yo, and daily stuff.
I want to be able to get more information on this, good or bad, so we have a clearer picture.

Her other Dx's include: RA, MCTD, Asthma, Fibro, Allergies to everything but food, Celiac (mild), Anxiety, hiatal hernia

Her regular meds, if they make a difference:
Cymbalta, Metoprolol (just started last night), Tylenol, Aspirin 81mg,
Albuterol, Symbicort, Atrovent, Dexilant,
Adderall XR (for fatigue), Celebrex, Gabapentin,
Benadryl, Singulair, Claritin, Allegra,
Hydrocortisone topical, Voltaren, Pred Forte/Patonol ophthalmic (1mo on/off, each)

Thank you!
