Lyme /Bartinella

I have not been diagnosed with Lyme ..had a test came up negative , bitten 20 years ago,was sick no rash ,. It has gone into remission through the years possibly due to use of anti biotics,for other illness back now after a Trauma, with a vengeance .If I dont get any anti biotics will it improve by itself, or get worse It is hard to find a LLMD here..Thank you for being here to answer our questions Doctor.
