MRI inquiry I see the doc soon but would like some feedback

Conclusion of MRI: few rare scattered punctate nonspecific nonenhanching bihemispheric subcortical white matter signal foci ,of doubtful clinical  significance . They are not characteristic for demyelinating disease. No active or acute intracranial abnormality is identified. There is no evidence for active intracranial demyelinating disease. So my question is does this mean that I'm okay? I had a positive ANA 1:80 and a false positive syphilis test. I have been sick for 3 plus years ,but have gotten worse the last six months. I had a double vision attack about a month ago that came on suddenly and lasted for about 5 hours.  Thank you to anyone who reads and comments back:) god bless us all. Xoxo

Three years ago I had a virus and I lost my vision for 9 days.  When it returned it was completely different.  I was a -.25 for distance and when it retured it was +.50.  since then I have had two more  drastic changes the latter being just three weeks ago.  I had to order new glasses even though my glasses were just 5 months old.  I also suffer neuropathy.  I had an MRI and all the doctor said was that I had had tons of TIAs but no big deal.  I now see another neurologist and he says I am a mystery.  I suffer with bouts of sever fatigue as well. I had 15 vials of blood taken and every test known to man done.  Every thing came back fine except I test positive for Epstein Barr.  It is so frustrating.  I am going to see yet another neurologist for another opinion.
