Muscle Ache Everywhere

Hi there.

I have been having aching wrists, groin and knees (as well as more sporadic ankle, shoulders, etc.). I had it for a couple of months back in Feb, deep aching, couldn't stand as quads just burn.... or do anything really. Also, was generally fatigued. It went away for a few weeks which made me hopeful, but it has started up again. I was tested for the usual RA, Lupus and Lymes etc - all neagtive though. And hormone level is normal despite periods being too often. One doctor suggested fibromylgia (fibromyalgia), but I don't have sleep issues, another systemic inflammation which should pass. Like many of these posts on here, I have been to many doctors who have different levels of sympathy and belief that anything is wrong.

I am 30, very fit and healthy. I can't seem to do anything anymore. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be, autoimmmune seems most likely, but problem is more systemic muscle ache than joint pain....

Did they do an ANA?  Also, I would suggest that your Dr. test you for vitamin D3 deficiency.
Vitamin D can cause all the symptoms you are describing. It is worth a shot.
