My Sed Rate was low but my joints are inflamed

I've had RA since I was a child so they called it JRA.  Anyways I was in remittion for ten years and now that I'm 41 it's BACK.  I cannot straighten my elbows all the way and my knees are swollen and hot.  Funny thing is I had my Sed rate checked today and it came back as a 15.  How can that be?  I'm very fatigued and in a lot of pain.  Anyone have any idea what is going on?
