Nothing I do works

I am a female, 40 yrs old, 5'9", 150lbs, BMI of 22 and very nutritionally and fitness minded person. I have had for the last 3 years a chronic condition of all my blood levels being low or borderline low no matter what supplements I take to try to improve.  WBC, Hgb, Hct,MCHC, RDW, Platelet, MPV are all borderline low and RBC is low, MCV and MCH are high, TSH and free T4 borderline low, ANA positive nucleolar at 1:40 but has been as high as 1:320. ESR, anti DS DNA, SCL-70, SM and SM/RNP antibodies, SSA,SSB are all negative. C3 complement borderline low, C4 complement low, Anti Thyroid Ab very high.  The last three are new test results so I have nothing to compare it too.. however no matter how much iron supplements I take (without poisoning myself of course) a full and varied mineral and vitamin regime (all above %RDA) I cannot get my blood works to improve and jointly to get my fatigue under control.  I have severe Raynauds Syndrome symptoms (I almost feel reptilian that I need a constant and high heat source to become functional) with the addition of a tingling/burning sensation in my fingers and toes. I can wake up have breakfast and be ready for a nap within an hour.  I tire so quickly with any exercise and am left gasping for air in short order. I have NO endurance or stamina. Chest x-ray was deemed normal.  Any clues would be so gratefully appreciated as I am at my wits end!!!  I plead for any help!

Some of your symptoms sound like mine and after conventional medicine failed to find anything, I turned to an alternative source who told me I had metals poisoning, mostly from the improper removal of amalgam fillings.  I would definitely explore this.

I do not have implants.  I have noticed that you have inquired to other posting the same question.  I am wondering what connection you are drawing from the use of breast implants to any symptoms with autoimmune tendancies?
