Other than Celiac Disease?

A recent blood test revealed that I had Gliadin AB (IGA) levels of 19 U/ml, or about 2 U/ml above an "equivocal" diagnosis for celiac disease.  My primary care physician was sufficiently concerned to refer me to a gastroenterologist, but wouldn't herself commit to a diangosis of celiac disease.  Since I have some symptoms that are commensurate with celiac disease - long-term intestinal problems, easy bruising/prolonged bleeding, increased flatulence - as well as some symptoms that are not commensurate with celiac disease - prolonged blood & mucous in the stool, except when on a high fiber diet - I was wondering if any other diseases might cause elevated gliadin levels?  I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist, and want to be well versed in all the things that could be causing my symptoms/test results.  Thanks!

Not that I am aware of.

It is not uncommon for celiac and other autoimmune disorders go together.  I know one who has lupus/celiac and another who has hashimoto tyroiditis/celiac.  They will figure it all out eventually.  Keep bugging them about it.
