Pain and numbness in arm

I have had Myasthenia Gravis for 2 years now. It has just now started to come under control. However, for the past week I have been getting pain down my right arm and tingling in my fingers. It does get weak and there is numbness. The pain has started to radiate into my collar bone and back. It is a dull aching pain and I can't seem to get my arm into a position where it's comfortable. Could this be the MG? I have never had this before and never any pain with this illness.

It could be aggravation of myasthenia gravis known as myasthenia crisis. pl consult your doctor again to rule out .
