Please please could someone help - exhausted with this :(

Please can someone read through my symptoms and possibly shed some light on whats possibly going on with my health, my ANA's last read 1:3200 and im waiting on new blood results.

1. Fatigue for the last 2-3 years
2. Restless Sleep. Never seem to get a good nights sleep, always wake up during the night. Feels like I never get to a deep sleep and never wake up feeling rested or refreshed. Takes me about an hour to dig up the strength and motivation just to get out of bed.
3. High levels of Stress for number of years.
4. Terrible long-term and short-term memory, total inability to multi-task – all worse in the last 1-2years. Long term memory is particularly upsetting, almost feel robbed of memories.
5. Poor concentration and attention span
6. Depression and anxiety, was prescribed Citrol (think that’s what they were called) which were great but stopped as did not want to be on them. suffer mood swings and hypersensitivity.
7. Chronic pain in right shoulder/shoulder blade and neck for years now, sometimes lower back. Have daily pain with this always blamed sport etc or sitting at work with associated repetitiveness using computer/mouse. Have tried loads of physio/massages but nothing has ever worked. Also interrupts sleep.
8. What feels like a sinus headache although may not be, but eyes can become painful and sensitive to light. With constant little infections and sinusitis, sore ears and sore neck glands etc, I am never sure what is to blame for the mild headaches/sensitive eyes.
9. Muscle twitching in left calf muscle 18th-20th Oct 2011 (probably just a random thing, but mentioning anyway.
10. UTI’s - had several between Oct and Nov 2010 but also have experienced them before this too.
11. Recently in the last few months I have been experiencing pain in my hands, but particularly in one finger right at my knuckle. This has been getting a little worse. Think the cold is making it worse – I definitely get relief when I apply heat.
12. Aching and painful feet, some days worse then others – sometimes I wake in the morning feeling like I have been on my feet all night.
13. Lung problems- pleurisy etc Jan – Feb 2010 deep rooted viral pneumonia confirmed April 2010 – CT in August showing pneumonia has lifted after 6-7 months
14. Strange dizziness which I experienced for nearly five days – which got bit better each day end of Aug start Sep 2011. Was like my eyes were nauseous, best way of describing it.
15. Used to have really thick hair – completely thinned out years ago was quite random. Not sure if means anything.
16. Erythema Nodosum at 16years – have had the very rare lump since over last 10 years but not sure when as I took no notice of it.
17. Not sure if its related: 2009 Strange neurological episodes with strange memory/past dream popping into head followed by strange “outer body” experience, always felt like heart would skip a beat/palpitation followed with intense tingling sensation in one finger. Lasted for a few months – only blacked out from one of the episodes. Usually 1 or 2 a day, had 9 in one day towards the end of them. All Neuro tests came back normal. MRI, EEG, ECG

Please give me your thoughs, feeling pretty desperate at this point.

This is a typical presentation for a person with Celiac disease.  There are 250 possible symptoms of Celiac.  Headaches, anxiety/depression, erythema nodosum, memory problems, sinus problems (try discontinuing milk, ice cream and yogurt if not all dairy for quickest relief), body aches, joint pain, UTIs, fatigue, all typical of Celiac or gluten sensitivity.  Get tested soon.  If you have actual Celiac, you will start getting more and more autoimmune diseases like erythema nodosum that you already have, including, certain kinds of arthritis, Sjogren's, lupus, etc.  Additionally, your cancer risk goes up if you don't go gluten-free.
