Positive ANA and SMA-V

I am a 29 year old female. I went to the doctor with tiredness, right hip and sacroiliac pain. My  blood test came back ANA 1:2560 speckled pattern as well as borderline iron deficiency. Further auto-antibody blood test showed SMA-V (vessel) pattern 1:640.  Anti-DNA and ENA where negative.  I have been referred to a rheumatologist and my doctor wouldn't give me any idea about what this means. Everything on the internet mentions autoimmune hepatitis but I don't think I have any symptoms of that. I also have endometriosis but I don't know if that is relevant. Can anyone give me an idea of what this means?

Thank you.  So after seeing the rheumatologist i am just getting more blood tests now and some MRI's. I just have to wait and see and will stop stressing about it so much.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Yes, presence of SMA is highly suggestive of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) but not diagnostic. Also, isolated SMA-V pattern is not suggestive of AIH. In AIH the SMA-VG and SMA-VGT-IFL patterns are usually seen. Positive ANA with SMA-V may also indicate possibility of infectious diseases and inflammatory rheumatology pathology. If your doctor suspects you have AIH, then only a liver biopsy can confirm the diagnosis.
Please consult your doctor regarding the implication of test results in your case. Hope this helps. Take care!
