RF elevated overtime

by kimthuy67, Oct 14, 2009 11:11AM
Dear Dr. Nicholson,
I have a woman, 57 years old patient, she has diabetes type 2 for 5 years. She has ischemie heart disease. 2 years ago, she started to have light and infrequency pain in some joins in legs.
RF blood had been elevating from 200 to 350, then 400 and > 400 after 2 years.
ESR is normal (1h: 3mm, 2h: 21mm)
ANA test: negative; LE Cell: negative; Anti-ds DNA: negative; Anti CCP: negative; LKM1: negative;
MS CT: Brain, Chest; Abdominal are normal.
I can't explain why RF so high and elevating!
Pls. advise: What is the problem of the patient? What should I do more to make clearer diagnosis?

Thank you very much in advance.

Kimthuy
