Well, I am no doctor and so I have just have suggestions. All the above are good to look into. May I also suggest Lyme disease. It likes to mimic other disorders. There are so many disorders out there and many have similar issues. You should take every suggestion serious. Research and see what fits your sxs. I didn't do this at first I only looked into a few.
If I would have researched every suggestion I would have seen how much Lyme fit from the get go. I am still a limbo lander, but I know I am one step closer to a dxs. I will be praying that one of these suggestions that have been made just clicks, and you realize that is what you have.
Sorry I couldn't be more help. May God be with you,
Kimberly
Same symptoms described above for mercury poisoning apply to other heavy metal toxins like iron overload as well, and this is missed and not diagnosed or tested for, yet is a simple blood test that can save your life.
Yea, you have mercury poisoning from your amalgams, or flu shots, etc. Go get them out with a biological dentist. Look at DAMS.org. I have it too. It's the weirdest thing I've ever gone through. It also gave my son Uveitis. 10 years of managing. This *****.
Hi KC and welcome to MedHelp.
Could you share what your ANA level and pattern was?
If you have had amalgams removed that is not the end of the problem. Your body has accumulated mercury and you need to detoxify the body. When you see your coated tongue that is your bodies process of detoxifing itself. You might want to consider the book "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" which explains the supplements you need to detoxify the body. Significant amounts of mercury in the body can produce arthritis, depression, dermatitis, dizziness, fatigue, gum disease, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, insomnia, headaches, joint pain, slurred speech, memory loss, diarhea, muscle weakness, and excessive salivation. Read as much as you can about mercury toxicity so you can have an understanding of what might be going on in your body. The body has an ability to detoxify itself if you give it what it needs. It needs the raw fruits and vegetables which have the vitamins and minerals. If you want to try the paleo diet it will cost very little and you might have good results. Testing for mercury is hard since mercury has accumulated in the organs and joints. It is not in the blood or the urine which the doctors will check. The way I figured it out was once I started taking the supplements and changed my diet all the pains and problems went away. This is something you can try. Good Luck.
No issues at all with amalgam fillings, all have been removed. Recent dental check up was perfect other than the dr's concern with some mouth ulcers. In addition to the palate ulcers I wake up every morning with a orange coating on my tongue. Sounds awful I know, but to me this be my bodies way of telling me there is a deficiency of sort. Nausea, joint pain is what I currently am dealing with. It will change tomorrow though..
I have a question for you Trudie......How long does it take for your bloodwork to show lupus ? I am just curious as I was tested for everything and nothing is sghowing up but i def feel terrible.....thanks for your time
Do you have alot of mercury fillings and root canals. If you are seeing problems in the mouth area you should consider this. Amalgam (metal colored fillings) are 50% mercury which can cause mercury poisoning. Google this online and you can get information concerning this. Check out the video smoking teeth=poison gas which explains what is going on. If you get this problem taken care of be sure and get a qualified dentist to do it. If it is done incorrectly it can make you even sicker. Read Hal Huggins book "Solving the MS Mystery" and it explains how to address this problem. Good Luck.
Lupus can also cause lesions and pain and can take a while to be diagnosed as it takes time for your blood to reflect it.
Maybe see a rheumotologist and be tested for Bechet's syndrome. Lesions in your mouth, nose and vaginal area are a symptom of that. I am not a doctor but I have been in the same boat with you for a long time. I do not have lesions though. My legs are so weak some days I feel as if I am going to topple over. I have had uveitis, and a lot of vertigo type issues. I hope you find the answers that you so desperately need.
