Reynauld's (secondary)

I am 40 years old and have been suffering from symptoms since I was in my teens... I was told I had dry eye around the age of 13 and as the years pass the symptoms have become more and more debilitating.

I have a 8 out of 9 on the Brighton Score because one of my elbows will no longer straighten at all which is conflicting with the DX of Scleroderma, but I have many of the symptoms of Scleroderma as well.

I have had 19 surgeries on my left ankle in the past ten years, every time they repair a torn tendon or transfer a tendon they fail and rupture, I have actually twisted my ankle IN A WALKING CAST due to the extreme laxity and now they are saying that the only thing left is amputation.

I have chronically cold hands and feet, always have... but they have not, as of yet, turned white... though they do tip with dusky blue now and then, but because I have neuropathy (of unknown origin) in both arms from the elbow down I don't feel them being cold and feel no pain in them.  Where I do feel pain (and have since I was around 18) is my nipples.  If they get cold it is extreme agony... they turn very pale and warming them is near impossible.  The pain can last for hours until the severe burning stabbing pain fades and they turn deep red and sting.

I have searched and found that Reynaulds is known to effect nursing woman... but I have never nursed a baby, though there is no doubt in my mind this is what is going on.

I will be seeing my Rhumatologist on the 9th at the request of my ankle surgeon (who brought up the idea of Ehlers-Danlos) and hope to have some answers after decades of looking for what is going on.

Has anyone had Reynauld's involvement of nipples without the association of breast feeding?
