Speaking Clarity poor & tongue atrophy

I am 32 and in last few months, I am finding difficulty in speaking clearly. I met with the neuro physician and he observed mild atrophy of the tongue on the left side. i am prescribed benfomate plus (basically b12 capsules), however I am not finding any improvement. I had done my mri scan of brain, CT scan & blood tests for b12, folic acid, ANA, sugar, thyroid etc. Except for ANA which was positive but ds-DNA negative & low folic acid of 230 & moderate b12 level of 450 rest were normal.
Can anyone suggests as to what had caused the problem and what should I do next. Recently with medications, I feel slight weakness in left arm and ant like crawling sensations, some pinching is also felt.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Well, vitamin B12, folic acid, iron and other mineral deficiencies is the main reason for tongue atrophy. So a multivitamin pill should help. Other causes are allergy reaction to toothpaste and other items, food allergies, bad gastric reflux causing chemical burns, bad oral hygiene and irritation from smoking, alcohol etc. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

Thank You Very Much M'am for your comments.Recently I also underwent nerve conductivity tests and was observed that there was delayed  conduction in my lower limbs. My doctor identifies it as sensory neuropathy &  has also included zinc & calcium carbonate tablets.
One more recent development has been regarding my eyesight. Things appear to glare in the eyes and the image appears to stay in eyes just like when we normally see very bright objects. Computer screen has suddenly started to look more glaring. I will be meeting my neurologist again. Can this problem be related to what i m already experiencing. With so many problems at once its getting more depressing.
