Symptoms and positive ana

Hello to everyone. I have been experiencing some symptoms over the past 5 months and here lately they have become more severe in nature so I went to the Dr. Note that 3 years ago I had the same symptoms just not quite as severe...they lasted for almost a year and then poof ..all the symptoms went away..During this time I got diagnosed as having IC(bladder inflammatory condiiton)..so anytime I had a strange symptom my Dr. would say that IC had many strange symptoms and that they varied from person to person...So they gave me IC medication and put me on anti-depressants....what else does a dr. do when he's out of answers....reaches for the anti- depressant persription pad..Well after 5 months of not stop wattery foul stools and diarrhea, 17 pounds in unintentional weight loss, no appetite, tremors, anxiety, insomnia, difficulty urinating, tiredness, shaky hands, headaches, feeling of drunkeness apon standing if sitting for a while..I literally have to grab on to something for a second or two to get my balance and see black spots apon standing  for a couple of seconds, cold cold hands and feet...dry itchy skin..occasional rashes that would only last a day (but they were very itchy)...I decided to go to the dr. I am 25 and 5'8 and I weigh 116 lbs at the moment ...my father in law told me that gumby has more curves than me at Christmas dinner...The Dr. did a test to check my sedement rate, thyroid function and an ANA blood test. The Ana is the only test that came back positive .The dr said something about the pattern??IDK She ordered a complete ana autoimmune profile..she said that way she can distinguish if it is SLE or another connective tissue disease. I am going to get that blood work done tomarrow...My question is this(sorry for the rambling but I feel like I have to explain the situation) I have researched and don't find any direct symptoms of SLE or a connective tissue disease....I have no arthritis no joint pain, The only pain I have in fact is a mild nagging pain on left side of abdomen and belloy button line...it's a sharp pain when pressed on..but only mild and fleeting otherwise.  My grandmother passed away due to complicarions of SLE when she was 32....can SLE be genetic??? Do these symptoms even resemble anyone elses???Just trying to figure out is my Dr. is on the right track..I know that sounds arrogent but this is my body and my life.Any answers will help..thank you

P.S. ~ Here is a better link... I think you will be able to relate to many of the symptoms. Also, Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease and that could explain your positive ANA titer.
