One other point, however, is that often thyroid problems are caused by thyroiditis or an infection of the thyroid gland. Such infections often cause wide swings in thyroid hormone secretion and can result in hypo- or hyper-thyroid conditions.

It is beneficial to include the rages a particular lab used for thyroid testing as there are several rages currently use for each test. The difference is determined by what immunoassay equipment was used.
That said your TSH by any range is hypo. The current range as of 2003 is .3 - 3.0
Thyroglobulin antibodies are elevated beyond any acceptable range I have seen.
I wont guess on T4, many ranges out there. I'll bet its on the low of the range.
TPO - no worries
The most important thyroid measurement called " Free T3" is missing. With out this there is no way to see how well your body converts T4 to the biologically active T3 hormone - what all cells need.
Based on high TgAB , coupled with a higher than average TSH makes you a candidate for Hashimotos. But that cannot be confirmed with out the ranges. And, most importantly, how do you feel?
