Transient Numbness & Intense Joint Pain

Diagnosed 10 years ago with APS after several miscarriages, TIA @ 34, Low Platelet, etc.

I am now 45 and have, for about 3 years, had areas on my body that turn numb.  First was an area on my left hip.  Since I had hip bone taken for a wrist surgery, we discounted that.  Then two years ago, the top, right side of my right foot had the surface skin go completely numb.  Next, I broke my big toe on my left foot, and it was fine for about a year, then all of a sudden, an area there started to turn numb.  The area of numbness grew, just as on my right foot, and is still numb.  

NOW, about a week ago my left hand, fore-finger tip felt like I had burned it (the sensation was gone).  Then, my whole finger started to feel numb all over during the course of the next 3-days.  Then by the 4th day, my thumb tip and middle finger tip started to have the same feeling.  Within about 9 days, I now have the numbness down the top of my left hand, part of my middle finger and tip and the side of my thumb and tip.  

To Be Clear:  I would not describe it as Numb-to-the-Bone...The SURFACE of the skin seems to be numb...Sensation is gone...

Other Problems:  Severe Joint Pain in Both Elbows, L-Shoulder, Eyesight Changes, etc.
It has been a number of years without problems, so now I need to reestablish patient care with a Rheum doc, Nuerologist,

My BIG concern at the moment is my transient numbness--Help

With the blood clots in APS and having had a TIA, I think you should get this evaluated asap.  If it turns out not to be related, then the rheummy is the next stop for sure.  Please let us know what you find out.
