Trouble swallowing, dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness, red spots on chest, slight chest pains, eye pressure headaches....

I am an 18 year old woman and I'm a freshman at CSUMB.  I have been having all of these symptoms at random for the past few days. Yesterday morning I sat up gently and I felt so dizzy I collapsed back into my bed. I have a horrible eye pressure headache that fades in and out at times.  I haven't to sleep well because my stomach feels as if it's about to explode.  I sometimes have trouble swallowing and when I try to eat something my gag reflex acts up or I cant finish food because nausea kicks in. Sometimes I'll get random chest pains as if my lungs are being punctured by my rib, but that only lasts for a few seconds. And for some odd reason I woke up this morning and there were a bunch of random red spots across my chest, they don't hurt but they just appeared and haven't faded away.  

These symptoms fade in and out of each other and they have been affecting my focus in school because im scared of it being something serious. My grandma is going through leukemia but I dont think that's the case, my family doesn't have a lot of heart disease as a background but tumors and cancer have occurred in other members.

Look into Lyme disease and Pathogenic Infections or co-infections
Post again after you research these carefully, with comments and questions.

I think you should see a doctor, it could be many things.
Might not even be serious, they are symptoms I get and I have lupus.
but that may not be it. Just make sure you go to the doctor.

Hi there, and welcome to the forum.  The little red spots could be petechiae.  Certain illnesses are associated w/ petechiae.  Some very serious.  I would definitely encourage you to get these symptoms checked out.
