Ulcerative Colitis: Gallbladder?? Herpes??

Good day,
In effect, I had a kind of risky exposure more than 14 weeks back. After the exposure I had certain symptoms which drove me crazy thinking I got HIV (Pimples on arms, legs, and abdomen, acne on back, brown blotches on back, lack of sleep, coughing for 3 weeks, lower back pain, night sweat for 2 weeks, yeat infection on penis, Athlete's Foot, 2 blisters on groin, gingivitis x 2 times, block nose, etc... I have Ulcerative Colitis and on Pentasa x 4 pills per day (since 2 years). I had 2 HIV high quality tests and turned out to be negative. But the Herpes IgG was 4.6, urine after 76 days was 8-10 RBC and 2-4 WBC for the first time ever. For the last 5 days I hear my abdomen bloating every hour or two and my stools (once per day) are a bit orange and thin. Your situation analysis would be highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Dear Dr,
Thanks for your answer. In effect, I took another urine test on April 2nd and turned out to be all normal (0-2 RBC - 0-2 WBC / no crystals).  I took again on Arpil 1st the same test of HSV but separately HSV 1 IgG positive 8+ and HSV2 IgG negative -0.4 - HSV1+2 IgM negative 0.4.
a bit afraid since I read that HSV1 exist in 90% of people with HIV. Besides, the earlier test showed Herpes IgG was 4.6 and this test is HSV1 8+ it means the rate had been elevated since then. Should I be worried about HIV again or do you think that Herpes with UC would have caused all these symptoms?? Indeed, I will go to the UC doctor to discuss my issue as well. thanks

Hi!
Bloating and loose stool can be due to a flare of ulcerative colitis. Usually active herpes infection presents as open sores on genitalia. To diagnose an active infection, usually scrapings of these lesions are tested. However, in absence of lesions IgG and IgM are done. If IgM is negative, and only IgG is positive, then it is an old infection. However, these can be false positive tests also. Hence repeat the tests and corroborate with recent findings. Urine positive for RBC can mean a stone or a bacterial infection too. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
