This sounds like some kind of infection, such as the flu, based upon your symptoms and the sudden onset--especially the headache and nausea. It could even be a mild case of food poisoning, although this typically wouldn't cause muscle aches like a cold/flu would.
Also, you don't always have to have a bulls-eye rash upon initial presentation with Lyme disease, and the rash could've be in a place you can't easily see. It eventually disappears.
Have you looked into Rocky Mountain spotted fever? 25+ ticks is A LOT to be pulling off of yourself in a short period of time, and it's important that you know how to properly remove a tick. If you agitate a tick before fully pulling it off, it will actually "throw up" into you, infecting you with whatever diseases it was carrying. This is why it's very important to remove a tick completely on the first attempt, and not to leave any parts of it behind in the wound.
You should get tested for Lyme disease periodically, especially if you continue to be pulling deer ticks off of yourself. It's believe that the longer a person is infected with Lyme disease, the harder it is to test positive for it by standard methods. There's a huge debate about Lyme and how to test for it/treat it, but one thing's for sure: it's still very prevalent in the US.
why did you post in the auto-immune disorders forum? none of your symptoms is specific of a auto-immune condition.
more like a direct infection of the central nervous system. Lyme not always gives skin rash but it's not the only bacteria transmitted from ticks, they can give Meningitis for example.
did you have diarrhea? runny nose, pain in ears? vision symptoms?
first thing you should do is Complete Blood Count, ESR, liver function.
