What could hives, body aches, burning scalp, joint pain, and hair loss add up to?

For two years, I've been breaking out in hives whenever I get sick or over tired, even with the common cold. Hives are accompanied by burning scalp and hair loss, extreme joint pain, itchy skin, and fatigue. Moving hurts. I feel nauseous as well. It's almost like my immune system is extremely dramatic and over-reactive. In the past I have had Lyme disease, which may be related. Tested for allergies and autoimmune, ANA came back positive twice, but that was it. What could be going on?
