Where to from here?

Hi!
I am a happy (apparently healthy) 52 year old caucasion femaile, married (happily) artist and retired executive. Or at least that is how I appear to the world. However, to a doctor I look like this:

ANA's higher than 1280
Glucose: 49 to 450, crazy but it spikes if I forget to eat to around 200 (Yes to Insulan, Novalog)
Thyroid: Gone, Papillary Folicular Cancer 2008, normal labs through day of removal 2.5 cm node
Tachycardia: Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy (since 1997) EF 45 - 50 Currently Easily average 107 in a normal day, with Pindolol, Amilodipine & Ranexa to keep chest pressure at bay
Muscle weakness with exertion: finally proved my Lactic Acid levels go from Normal (1.8 to 8.5) with 10 minutes aerobic exercise. I collapse as if given anesthesia, can't lift a finger or talk. It passes quickly but leaves a hangover effect of elevated lactic acid levels for days (cardiac cath stress triggered same symptom)
Right side face droops
Parkinsonian type deposits in basal ganglia
One frontal lobe lesion of questionationable status
Normal Spinal fluid
Nerve & Muscle pain and weakness treated and helped with Prednisone & MTX, after two years down to 10 mg of Prednisone, but need more if have an infection that exacerbates symptoms
Prelinimary tests (mouth swab research) possible Complex 1 mito
Malignant Melonoma In Situ
Asthma after sinus/colds
Other times different Feeling of NOT enough air Pulse Ox mid to low 90's when tired

Been called Lupus, Not Lupus, Can't rule out MS,

Truth is I live a happy life, I am just worried that if I collapse in public without my husband someone is going to treat the wrong way. The events always pass. I look & live like I am healthy 161 lbs 5'7, exericse regularly if I can....

So now what, any ideas....I am definitely tired of DOCTORS, especially ones that look at me when I look good and fail to hear or take the time to see when I look bad.....

Hi!
Have you been tested for Borrelia, Mycoplasmas and other Pathogen Co-infections (IGENEX compelete Lyme and co-infection Panel) by competent
reference Labs?
Are you under the care of a competent LLMD?
Have you done a blood volume test?
Have you done a hair analysis for mineral deficiencies?
Are you eating for your metabolic type?
Have you done a 24 hour Holter ECG
Is your Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy Progressive?
Are you taking large quantity of Vitamin C?
Do you know your Glutathione levels?
Sorry to be asking all this, but it will be helpful
if you can post the answers
ASAP.
Take care.
NIko
P.S.
Correction: It is ATP and not ADP molecule in my previous post.

Hi EnergySeeker.
Lactic acid energy produces about 40 kcal of energy per ADP molecule.
With adequate oxygen present, the body metabolizes protein, carbs and fatty acids for the most efficient energy production at 600 kcal per ATP molecule.
Lactic acid conditions prevail when poor oxygen levels are available to the cells because of: 1.Stress, 2.Shallow breathing, 3.Low Malic acid
4. High tartaric acid 5. Red blood cell abnormalities, 6. Mineral deficiencies
Some of the above causes are inter-connected.
Solutions:
1. Calcium-Magnesium inhibit the negative effects of lactic acid, by combining with it, rebalancing PH levels and restoring breathing patterns for asthma. (also may help restore irregular heart rhythm)
2. Malic acid supplementation restores the metabolic process (kreps cycle)
It will increase the energy production fifteen-fold -see above comparisons.
3. Pranayama deep conscious breathing. Inhale through nostrils 7"
-hold for 7' and exhale through the mouth 7'. Do for 5' and repeat often throughout the day.
4.  80% heart energy ideally  from saturated fatty acids-best yet from Extra Virgin Coconut Oil  - Dr.Bruce Fife; "The Arthritis Cure", "The coconut Oil Miracle"

More in my next post.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Wishing you well!
Niko

Hey EnergySeeker,
Welcome to the forum.
I may be able to shed some light.
There's a few connections that I "see".
Because of the complexities, I will post later
when I have more time.
gtg now!
Wishing  you well!

I don't know what you have, but you might want a Medic Alert bracelet that instructs about drug reactions and with instructions to find your an outline of your  complex medical history record on a piece of paper in your wallet.
