adenopathy

I have been hit with Severe daytime fatigue since last june. In Jan 2009 I had a perforated esophagus and prevertebral abcess (abscess) from it. 12 weeks of antibiodic therapy and ok now. On a CT and MRI done in June for neck pain from c5-c7 fusion, they showed "Unusual lobular lesion in right thoracic region that may represent Adenopathy or Vascular Anomaly. Unusual nodule irregularity right thoracic inlet  that may represent prominent vascularity or Adenopathy. Shotty bilateral cervical chain Adenopathy that may be reactive in nature. Somewhat prominent level 3 lymph node measure 1.1 cm that may be reactive in nature". does any of this need follow up for possible cause of fatigue?  I was also diagnosed with uterin CA in 12/2008 but no treatment needed. Just hysterectomy. should lymph nodes be enlarged this long after infection? How long should I go before asking my Primary if these should be followed up on. It has been a year now and they are not able to find the cause of the fatigue. Any help would be appreciated.
