antibodies level 3000

Does b12 and or b5 (def) have anything to do with low thyroid or autoimmune? I ask this because I have low thyroid and im on 175 levy per day all levels are fine apart from my antibodys which read as 3000.  I still have high fatige wieght gain and strange pains as if Ive been hit or hurt?  My dads side has a b12 problem and my mums side has a thyroid problem.  could these factors add up to me having more thyroid probs than most other people? my father has also asked me to find out if b12 is the reson for his alapecia (alopecia) or a feactor of thyroid or autoimmune. Basically I would like to connect the dots PLEASE can you help me and my family return to a normal life. many thanks luke

I also have a Thyroid problem and am B12 deficient. I have to give myself injections regularly. They say that B12 deficiency can be autoimmune. Mine is caused by Pernicious anemia. I think it's common for people with one autoimmune disorder to show up with more later on....good luck
