autoimmune/neurology

I have crohns, sjogrens, raynauds, hypothyroidism, severely deaf and poor vision.  I am a CRS adult, (congenital rubella syndrome)
along with an identical twin.
She has Parkinsons Disease and hypothyroidism and has problems with sinuses.
I seem to have a muscle wasting disorder and a movement disorder totally different to my twin.
I have an ataxic walk, a cerebral palsy like movement disorder and also severe pain in all the muscle groups and weakness and wasting.
Heat bothers me mega and so does light, the doc says too much for sjogrens.
All  my senses have gone array. I get very tired, I lack interest in food.  Inflammatory markers appear from time to time but not often.
no one knows what is going on.
I dont know who to turn to. could it be MS

Sjogren's (and maybe other autoimmune) can attack both your peripheral nervous system and central nervous system.  It can cause small lesions to grow in your brain, and the symptoms can be confused with MS.  I have peripheral neuropathy from it, but it sounds like you might have CNS issues.  Overwhelming fatigue is also a symptom of Sjogren's.  Mine gets worse the more my salivary glands swell.  Check out the Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation and Sjogren's World.  The second link goes straight to the page on nervous system complications:

I have a fabulous neurologist at Cleveland Clinic who told me about the neurological complications, but I don't know if all neurologists are aware.

Are you on immunosupressant drugs (Plaquenil, Remicade, Enbrel)?  That's the only way to keep your nervous system from being destroyed if that's what's going on.
