dont know were to go next

Hiya guy's i have alopicea yep an autoimmune disease, and have been treated for the last 14yrs for endometriosis and now have been told i have interstitial cystitis which was never endometriosis, now with out a womb this it is what i'm told. can anyone tell me if interstitial cystitis is a autoimmune disease, as i'm so confused and at the end of my tether with the pain i'm in, with trying new treatments with my hair loss and now this it all just getting on top of me,
please any help at all, :((

i have tested positive for sjogrens syndrome and now have about half a head of hair......this has all happened in a 6 month time span...i also want to how many people are suffering from hair loss....
