h1n1 vaccine

by phoenixmh, Oct 23, 2009 02:25PM
My son developed and recovered from drug induced lupus caused by minocycline.  I am concerned about GBS with respect to the h1n1 vaccine.  I fear that he is pre-disposed to auto-immune disorders.  Does anyone have any thoughts/comments?

thanks

These vaccines have alot of toxins in them.  Mercury and formaldehyde are not good for the body.  If you are concerned about h1n1 the best thing to do is boost your immune system by eating fruits and vegetables.  There are supplements you can take to boost the immune system and one of the best is Vitamin C.  Stop eating pork.  There is a reason they call it the swine flu.  Keeping the body healthy can prevent disease.

I believe it is understood that the swine flu virus originated in the pig.  Wheither it can be passed on by eating pork I will not take that chance.  I do know where the virus came from and it seems logical to me that it could still be there.  Maybe if you cook the pork really good you might destroy all the virus but I will not take that chance.  I heard in the news that Eygpt slaughtered it's pigs.  I am sure the pork industry and government will assure you that eating pork is Ok but many cultures view pork as a toxic substance and there have been studies showing that pork is toxic.  Google toxic pork and you can get some infromation on this.  Mohammed told the Muslums they should not eat pork.  Moses told the Israelites that the pig was an unclean animal (Leviticus 11) and they should not eat it.  There have been scientific studies showing pork is toxic.  Why take the chance for a grease piece of bacon which is not good for you anyway.

Yeah it was originally passed from pigs to people who work in close proximity to them. Not from eating the pig. If someone is eating undercooked pork, they should have a bigger worry then just the swine flu (namely some nasty parasites).  In reality the swine flu is not much worse then the other strains of flu, the deaths that occurred from the flu were actually complications of other things such as pneumonia, or a severely under-working immune system, associated with AIDs or cancer. Most people who get H1N1 are sick for a few days, take some tamiflu and some antibiotics to prevent other infections and are fine.

I'm not going to argue with you about whether or not pork is "toxic" or not. Personally, I don't agree, I don't think people should make pork a big part of there diet but i don't think anyone is going to be suffering from eating a little bit of pork here and there. That is my personal opinion. I don't eat much pork because I don't really care for the flavor. But I think it's fine for people to have a pork chop every once in a while.

My only point is that you can't get swine flu from eating pork.

also according to the center for disease control and prevention, the 2009 H1N1 virus is not zoonotic swine flu, as it is not transmitted from pigs to humans, but from person to person.

You quoted Mohammed and Moses as regards pork consumption. The dietary rules handed down by the bibical heavies weren't based on sciencific data (i.e. toxicity related to pork). They were issued by their respective gods, thus Not To Be Debated.

The laws of kashrut (Jewish dietary rules) were however written in part because of hygiene concerns when science was primitive. The Torah considers an animal kosher if it both ruminates (chews its cud) and has split hooves and very few animals are considered kosher.  Since the pig when lying down clearly 'showed off' its split hooves but the ruminating factor at a glance was not evident, the pig in biblical times came to represent Hypocrisy and symbolic of a spiritual charlatan.  Not a lot of science involved here.

Since I am immunocompromised and have asthma, I will be getting the H1N1 vaccination as well as my annual flu shot as I am more leary of developing the diseases than of the vaccines.  I eat lots of fruits and veggies and take supplements but am not relying on them alone for protection.  I also hope the many newcomers on this forum who have been greeted with the suggestion of a raw foods diet to cure their autoimmune disorders have the wisdom to not dismiss other forms of treatment.

I am aware that the ancient people did not have scientific studies but that doesn't mean they were wrong.  We do have scientific studies today showing pork is toxic and if you are interested in the scientific studies you can google Toxic Pork and read about what you are eating.  When we had the h1n1 in the 70's more people died who got the vaccination than people who got the flu.  If you want to know what is in the flu shot you can google it on line and see what you are putting in your body.  The real crime is when the public is not aware as to what they are putting in their body.  If you are aware of what is in a product and still want to put it in your body that is your choice.  I would not want to recommend the flu shot to anyone because I know there is mercury in it.  Mercury is a known neurotoxin and just because someone tells you there is a safe level of mercury you can put in your body that does not make it so.  Kinda like when they tell you if you take a recommended amount of Tylenol it is safe.  Then they tell you the dosage was to high and some people are having liver failure.  So they lower the dosage.  Does that mean if you just harm the liver a little bit that is OK?  Maybe just a little bit of mercury will just make you sick and not kill you.  Maybe you will just have MS, ALS, Parkinston, are thyroid disease but it won't kill you.  Maybe next year they find out the dosage is still too high.  Do you have any idea how many drugs the FDA has approved only to find out later they were toxic?  If you put bad things in the body the body must get these things out and sometimes it ends up in sickness.  There are toxic substances all around us and you will not know which one made you sick.  Maybe it is a combination of the many toxins we have put in our bodies.  They best solution is to not put any known toxins in your body then the body doesn't have to get rid of them.  We must all pay for the choices we make.  I have spent 60 years of my life listening to the experts about putting mercury in my mouth, flu shots, and taking medication.  The last couple years I have worked at getting rid of these toxins.  I do not get sick anymore so what I am telling you has worked for me.  That is a fact.  If you are happy with the way you feel there is no reason to change.  I am sure you realize if you keep doing what you always did you will get what you always got.  If you want to change your health you must change what you are doing.

Hi there - I apologize for not addressing your question as regards H1N1 and GBS. I did some reading on the subject and as you are likely aware, studies of the 1976 vaccine (as per the CDC) did show 1 additional case of GBS per 100,000 people (who rec'd the vaccine).  Whether or not that figure will be significantly less with the current vaccine is as yet unknown. The chance of death from H1N1 (the disease) is supposed to be lower than that of developing GBS from the vaccine.  It's a tough call especially for those with autoimmune diseases and I guess we have to go with what makes us most comfortable (or perhaps least uncomfortable!)   What information do you have on this?

you can't get swine flu from PORK...OINK!!

The following is just for your information, one man's perspective.  Just FYI.

That has been part of the whole misunderstoodI voted for Obama. I was very wary of the McCain-Lieberman unholy alliance. I believed eithr candidate would sell us out to the medical industry. As for Barack Obama, he had no intentions of being left out of either the Bird Flu or Swine Flu swindles being contemplated by the drug industry. In February 2005, Obama bought about $5,000 worth of stock in AVI BioPharma, a drug company working to develop a medicine to treat bird flu victims, according to Senate disclosure statements cited by the New York Times. Less than two weeks later, Sen. Obama began pushing for an increase in federal financing to fight Avian Flu,

a move that eventually helped lead to the Senate’s approval of a $3.8 billion appropriation to fight the Imaginary Bird Flu. George Haywood, a major investor in AVI BioPharma, and his wife have contributed nearly $50,000 to Senator Obama’s campaigns and his political action committee. Not unlike our other “statesmen”, Senator Obama pleaded innocent to the purchase of the stock, immediately sold it at a loss and attributed the stock purchase to his broker.

Whether or not you all have precise judgements about the matter, I've read the assumptions you have expressed, or even some facts have been told on this such fragile topic. However I choose to remain observant, hopeful, and prayerful in every aspect. I choose to remain drug/ vaccine free forever. I choose to eat well cooked pork as long as i pray over my food. Old Testament scriptures does forbid, as with any other laws and sins. I live by Grace, New Testament. John 3:16

It is the 'NOT KNOWING' that will continue to haunt some of us. 'WHAT IF I DON'T GET THE VACCINE..that will worry most people.

Who do we trust? well put aside the trust and just 'BELIEVE' believe no reports of H1N1 vaccine deaths or complications from it will surface. Believe that if you are exposed to the virus you will be protected from the sickness by those lovely little angels out there.

I would like to respectfully end my message with...
Build your heart up for the long race ahead.

Exercise
Eat healthy
Love Freely
Forgive Easily
Find inner spiritial guidance
Look to Heaven for the answers

What happened in the 70's as a result of H1N1 is in the past.
Finding Peace within ourselves and with God should be our concern for the future.
Sincerly,

If life was only that simple.  You can pray all you want but if you get enough mercury in your body it will make you sick and I do not care how much you pray.  People need to know this.  Also Leviticus chapter 11 the Lord told Moses what his people could eat and the pig was unclean.  He didn't say if you prayed over it you could eat it and he didn't send his son to give you premission to eat pig.  Some animals were put here to eat and some animals were put here to eat the garbage.  That is what the pig does.  It eats garbage and it is full of parasites and viruses.  If you want to cook this thing and eat it that is your choice but it is a path to bad health.  If you do not chose to believe Leviticus chapter 11 google toxic pork and you can find some scientific evidence showing pork is toxic.  Praying over you food is not going to make pork clean.  Let me tell you a story.  A flood was coming and the law officials came to a man's house to evacuate him.  He said he wasn't leaving because the Lord would save him.  When the flood came the man went to the roof of his house.  When the resue workers came in a boat to save him he would not leave and told them the Lord would save him.  The water covered his house and he drown.  When he got to heaven he ask the Lord why he hadn't saved him.  The Lord told him I sent people twice to save you.  The Lord told you plainly in the bible what you could eat and if you chose to ignore him that is at your risk.  When you speak of eating healthy that should not include eating pork.
