help with symptoms

I am not sure about this, so maybe someone could help me. I have some issues I would like to list other than my obvious diagnosis. If someone could give me an idea of what they think it might be.

1. When I sit or lay down even just for ten min or so the back of my feet hurt so bad, that I have to walk side ways  so that they do not hurt. This also happens first thing in the morning or if I have to get up in the middle of the night.

2. Also in my knees the same thing happens they grind when I bend down and burn they they are going to bust open

3. My finger tips get tingly and my nuckles hurt like they need to be poped, but if I pop them they hurt for hours afterwords..

Could be rheumatological or vascular, but they both go hand in hand quite often.
