With a TSH reading of over 5 I think you have hypothyroidism which would account for pretty much all your symptoms.

Go back to the doctor and insist on the following tests AND GET THE REFERENCE RANGES TO DOUBLE CHECK AGAINST:

TSH (again)
Free T4
Free T3
Thyroid Antibodies

Good luck

Ok I have some of the same issues my blood is very messed up a lot im only 20. have you been to a lupus specialist? I have seen you have been tested for it but a specialist will rule it out. Also you need a hematologist if you dont already have one and maybe a new one. As for the bowel movement thing if your on pain meds thats normal but if not have you ever heard of IBS or colitis. I anot sure your age, but a colonoscopy would show colitis or chrons. That could also explain blood loss even if you cant see it. if this was just one blood test it could be a fluke. Get another one done and see your numbers again. It almost sounds like your anemic but he tests just showed a little decrease. Let me know how things do and get a move on and done let this go...I mean you need to figure this out..if your in the pitts pa area I have a really good hematologist you could see that would get this figured out in a week.
