Hi!
Yes, Grave's disease is associated with dermopathy. The rash is painless, reddish lumpy and is an autoimmune process. The rash can wax and wane depending on the severity of disease and level of antibodies.
This needs a symptomatic treatment. Also avoiding triggers like sun or some food will help reduce flares. So need to identify the triggers. Also properly controlling Grave's disease will help control the skin symptoms. So consult your specialist once.
Take care!
